In accordance with the SEENET-MTP Representative Committee decision reached at the meeting in Craiova in 2012, an annual Institutional membership fee was introduced.
According to the decision, a Full member of the SEENET-MTP Network is the institution that has paid the full- or the half-membership fee, or has been waived of the same, for the current or the previous year. The decision concerning the exact amount of the membership fee and the list of institutions that have to pay the full- or the half-membership fee, or which will be waived of paying, is made independently for each calendar year.
