The Committee for Education of Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts organizes the conference
Improvements in Subject Didactics
and Education of Teachers
to be held on October 24 and 25, 2013.
The conference will work in three sections: Mathematics with Informatics, Science, and the Humanities. English will be the language of the conference and there will be no conference fee.
Three plenary lectures will be delivered by outstanding specialists who will treat general problems and perspectives of education specific for one of the three sections. In each section there will be 2–3 introductory thirty minute lectures focused on important global issues, whereas short fifteen minute presentations are supposed to contain original ideas how to improve some aspects of teachers’ education promoting better didactical transformations of the teaching content.
